We booked this rooms to let for 21 days, paying a deposit of 30% and the remain on arrival.  The owner does not have the slightest sense of the seriousness and professionalism of the trade and I explain why:  Upon entering the room, the situation was much worse than the published photos;  room not clean, bathroom had completely rusty towel holders and toilet paper roll holders, other than covid, tetanus assured.  A hotel hair dryer, those for the wall, placed on the table in the room, with which it was impossible to dry the hair.  Broken shower sliding door, it did not flow and was released from its seat, shower water dispenser malfunctioning.  Dirty wardrobe both outside and inside, sofa with dirty stains with throw away blankets.  From under the sink came the smell of sewage and the fridge was rusty on the outside.  I go out to hang out the first two hastily washed clothes and the metal cables to hang out, even those covered in rust.  I point out all these things to the owner and, the only thing she does while I was out is to fix the hairdryer to the wall, without moving my beuty case, toiletries and towel, which were underneath, so I found them all full of earth  holes made in the wall.  On the fifth day I ask when the room will be cleaned and she tells me that the room does not clean it and that moreover due to the covid she does not enter the room except for cleaning before and after, too bad my room was not already clean at the start  .  In the advertisement for the room, it says that towels and sheets were changed every 4 days;  on the fifth day, no change, with a lot of nervousness I decide to leave and ask for the refund of the money already paid for the remaining days.  At this point the owner pulls out a sheet that had applicability for those who stay beyond the check-out time, alleging that 50% of the total amount of the days is due to the owner.  I told him that I did not intend to continue with this rip-off and that I would have left her the entire deposit, even if it was higher than the nights used, nevertheless I receive a lower refund of about 16 euros of the agreed one days later, with a lot of writing that the owner  (who had chosen the repayment method) had gone to the bank to make the transfer and kept the money from the road made.  In addition, the street leading to the house is devoid of lighting and uncomfortable in the evening, especially since in the area it is very common to find excrements on the ground and you can even smell their scent in the air.  I have both written and photographic evidence of all this.  Please remove this place from your website.
